Holiday Homes is a subscription-based marketplace of licensed holiday rentals across Europe and beyond — from Mediterranean villas and Alpine chalets to Cycladic cottages, Balinese A-frames and Provencal stone houses. Every listing belongs either to a VIES-verified EU company or a private host who has passed manual identity verification, so travellers know they are booking a real, licensed operator rather than an anonymous listing.

Book directly with the host

There are no service fees layered on top of the nightly rate, no third-party middlemen and no surprise cleaning charges — the total you see on the property page is the total the host receives, plus any VAT displayed transparently at checkout. Bookings are settled through Stripe either at the moment of booking or at check-in.
